Description

This is the main tool any mushroom hunter should always have, with a good blade and a good brush.  (Why a brush??  Wild mushrooms should be dry-brushed clean, since rinsing adds sogginess and removes flavor).   The brush has medium-soft bristles–not too stiff, yet strong enough to remove dirt and grit.  These knives’ handles are generally gray in color, with “The Mushroom Hunting Foundation” etched over the varying patterns of woodgrain.  Sturdy but fairly lightweight, this tool will be used countless times on any good day.  Shipping included.
